Compass Sports Fitness was bourne out of Simona's passion for health, fitness, sport and most importantly, helping other people.
Growing up, Simona was fortunate enough to be coached and mentored by coaches from the Queensland Academy of Sport, Australian Institute of Sport and the Brisbane Broncos.
Everything he learned as an athlete along with his own experiences has been combined together to provide the best training experience for his clients that get results.

Simona has worked at all levels of sport from grassroots to professional sport as well as having worked as a Personal Trainer in London, UK.
Now based in Brisbane, Simona brings together over 15 years of experience to help Compass Sports Fitness clients achieve their goals.
